Once your order is placed, it can't be amended or cancelled through the site, so please review your details carefully before confirming. If you need to make a change, contact our Client Service team here as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before dispatch.

As soon as your order is placed, we'll send an order confirmation to your email with your order number and a summary of what you've purchased. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you'll receive a separate dispatch email with your tracking number, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

If you don't receive an order confirmation, your order may not have gone through, contact us and we'll check for you before you try again.

Delivery within Qatar arrives the same day. Within the rest of the GCC, orders are dispatched from Doha via Aramex or DHL, processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–5. International orders ship via DHL Express and arrive within 4–10 working days, depending on your location.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address. You'll receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your order ships, and a signature may be required on receipt.

Please note we don't ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses and hotels. Every order is presented in Armonico packaging within a protective outer box.

You're welcome to collect your order from any of our Armonico stores in Qatar, free of charge, during normal opening hours.

When collecting in person, please bring your order confirmation email or receipt and a valid identification document. 

We'll hold your order in store for seven (7) calendar days. If it isn't collected within that time, it will be returned to our team and we'll notify you, this is treated as a free return, and we'll refund you for the products.

Please note that in cases of in-store collection orders, the store will not deliver or arrange delivery to a different or additional address. Accordingly, the product shall be collected at the store only.

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are set by the destination country and payable by the recipient on delivery. As these charges fall outside Armonico's control, we're unable to calculate or cover them in advance

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or with items missing, we'll put it right at no cost to you.

Damaged or faulty on arrival: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping.

Missing items: If part of your order is missing, check whether it's shipping separately, your dispatch email will note multiple parcels. If not, contact us within 48 hours and we'll trace it or resend the missing item.

Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement or your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, get in touch. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and, once confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
