Exchange Policy
At Armonico, all purchases are final. Refunds are not offered and returns are not accepted. However, we are pleased to extend the option of exchanges for items requiring an adjustment in fit or sizing.
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following standards:
- The item must be unused, in pristine condition, and accompanied by all original packaging and accessories.
- For footwear, we kindly ask that you try the item only on clean, carpeted surfaces until you are certain of your selection.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or marking will not be accepted for exchange.
- Certain bespoke, personalized, or modified products may not be eligible for exchange.
Exchanging Your Purchase
We manage exchanges with the utmost care and attention to detail. Upon receipt of your item, our team will personally assess and communicate the anticipated timeline for your exchange based on current processing and fulfilment conditions.
To begin the exchange process:
- To request a return, please share your order ID by contacting our customer service team Here. Let us know which products you would like to return and the reason why.
- Our team will then share return instructions, a shipping label and commercial invoice if your region requires it.
- Kindly ensure to stick the pre-paid shipping label on the return box.
- Once the item has been received and reviewed, we will confirm the timeline and arrangements for sending your exchanged product.
Please note that exchanges cannot be completed through the online checkout; all requests are handled directly by our Customer Service team.
